WAREHOUSE MANAGER URGENTLY REQUIRED- PERMANENT FULL TIME Are you a skilled and proactive leader with a background in warehouse management, specifically within the construction materials industry? Your Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end warehouse operations for our polymer products. Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of polymer materials and finished goods. Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of warehouse personnel. Create and maintain a positive and efficient working environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Inventory Control: Implement and manage inventory control systems for various inventories. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels. Quality Assurance: Enforce stringent quality control measures for critical products Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Optimize warehouse storage and retrieval. Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. About You: Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the construction supplies industry. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and WHS compliance Proficient in using warehouse management software. Must have full working rights in Australia.
