We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our Back of House team here at Moonlight in Byron Bay. Your Strengths - Good communication skills Experience in a fast paced, high volume venue a must Outstanding management skills Good knowledge of managing BOH Cost of Goods Experience with using the deputy rostering system A positive approach to other team members and FOH staff Experience with asian ingredients preferred but not essential Be punctual and reliable Work well under pressure Cook and prepare dishes as per company specifications Maintain food and hygiene standards Being able to follow recipes and specs to a company standard What we offer - Fantastic salary, tips and staff discounts at all of our other Arcade Agency restaurants.
