Based in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs, this office is led by an experienced Director who is forward-thinking and at the forefront of new ideas, innovative work procedures, and ongoing success Monday – Friday, your duties will include but not be limited to: Monitoring multiple email accounts Providing exceptional customer service to both vendors & purchasers Liaising with strata management and solicitors Coordinating with various professionals such as photographers, copywriters, and auctioneers Assisting in creating outstanding print and digital marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms Preparing essential documents such as pre-listing presentations and information memoranda Crafting engaging case studies and open-home packs Updating and managing the company website as required Providing crucial administrative and management support Assisting the sales department with various tasks, including drafting advertisements, preparing sales reports, post-settlement correspondence and more The Requirements: We value a proactive attitude and a strong interest in the property industry.
