As a receptionist for this Agency, you will be responsible for the following: Answer/delegate telephone and email enquires where required Greet customers & clients, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction of service Sales Admin Tidy/maintain reception area to a high standard, including the rest of office where required Minor sales administration duties including updating home opens, update rental lists Filing and archiving Provide general administrative support to the team where required.
