Hutcheon and Pearce Group Administration Assistant Fixed-Term / Full time Bowral We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as Group Administration Assistant based out of our Bowral Branch. Our ideal Group Administrator will fill an integral role in our branch as a key member of the team. If you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fostering a positive work environment, we would love to hear from you Position Overview This position is a Fixed-Term Maternity Cover Role until Friday 27th of June 2025 . In this role, you will be responsible for the administration duties of our 4 Eastern Branches (Bowral / Penrith / Nowra / Queanbeyan). Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Providing general administration support to Branch sales, parts & service departments Following up Branch debtors Responding to customer account queries Entering and updating customer data into Sales Tools Finalising and auditing sales administration through required systems Compilation of finance and insurance paperwork Coordinating information between our customers and sales representatives Ordering of Stock, stock allocation and location updating Coordinating information to Service Department. Facilitate accounts payable and accounts receivable entries on behalf of the Branch Manager.
