Within an all-star team of Reservation & Event professionals; the Customer Service Team is the first touch point for our customers and strive to always provide an exceptional experience to our valued guests. From day to day reservations, incoming calls to our pubs & restaurants to supporting our event planners, we are on the hunt for experienced Reservations Coordinators to join our team The Role Working within a busy and tight-knit team, your day to day will be full of variety, ranging from answering reservation calls, confirming bookings, answering voicemails and various day to day reservation tasks to supporting our Event Planners with initial enquiries, drafting invoices and adhoc administration. Based at our Head Office, located at The Sheaf – the culture is warm and welcoming and you will love the support, the excitement and the training you will have access to, being a part of the Solotel Family. Prior experience working in a busy inbound reservations team or experience managing reservations within some of Sydney’s best restaurants will set you up for success. With our reservations team operating 7 days per week, there are plenty of hours up for grabs to suit your schedule. The Ability to work a minimum of 4 to 5 shifts (nights and days) is desirable.
