Administration Officer / Office PA - Inner suburbs — Richmond North, Yarra Area

An Office Administration role for a fantastic, close-knit Accounting firm based in the inner suburbs. Specializing in Business Services and Auditing This is a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a close-knit team in the inner eastern suburbs. Be responsible for a range of different duties and work alongside the Practice Manager. Our client has a great reputation in the market and is a firm who make a positive contribution to the community. Ideally you will have Administration experience within a Accounting firm and be able to do a range of general administrative duties. You will also act as the point of contact for all phone calls and redirect accordingly. Duties & Responsibilities include: Greeting visitors and clients Organise and schedule appointments for the Director and other Partners Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms Maintain the filing Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Book travel arrangements Liaise with the Accounting Practice Manager to handle requests and queries from the accounting admin team Caring for the facilities inclusive of tidying and arranging maintenance works Experience in an administrative role is required, alongside a passion for public practice accounting will be highly regarded.
