FULL TIME $67,748.17 - $71,456.53 Gross per annum Superannuation About the Opportunity A unique and exciting opportunity exists for a high performing, dynamic person to join the Infrastructure Services team with Glenelg Shire Council. The role involves providing general administration and customer service assistance to the Infrastructure Services team including but not limited to, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, creating purchase orders, reporting and general administration tasks. What you need to Thrive Minimum Year 12 VCE or several years’ administrative support experience in an office environment. Experience using Microsoft software applications and proficient word processing skills are essential. High level customer service skills and good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Professional and positive attitude with the ability to exercise initiative. Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external.
