About the Role This 6-month leave backfill role will see you working with the administrative team to provide varied, essential administration support to the senior management and staff within the Information Technology department. You'll assist in the maintenance and management of shared support inboxes, reconciliations and processing of invoices, supply requisitions, order, contracts and requests for tenders/ quotes. You'll also coordinate and assist with HR processes for the department, including rostering and timesheets, onboarding, processing recruitment paperwork, staff training and inductions sessions and associated reporting. About You This is an exciting opportunity for pro-active and engaged professional with previous experience as an administrative assistant in a fast paced, large organisation. You love to be organised and are a keen multi-tasker that has natural problem-solving skills, even when under pressure. You will also be able to demonstrate you have the following skills: Well-developed PC literacy skills, including Office 365. Knowledge of SAP and UKG Kronos would be advantageous. Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters and exercise initiative and sound judgement. Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
