Duties include but are not restricted to; Provide administrative support to the Sales team and Sales & Marketing Manager: - Preparing Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotes and Calendars - Booking and preparing marketing for upcoming listings - Preparing OFI packs, Just Listed/Auction/Sold Letters - Sending listings live online, adjusting price guides or details as needed - Maintaining records and files for each property listing • Provide administrative support to the Sales agents for any ad-hoc marketing needed, with support from the Brand Marketing Coordinator • Working with the Accounts and Compliance teams within the business to ensure all marketing funds are tracked, and all compliance is completed • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff members Adhoc duties as required To be successful in the position you will need: Some experience in administration, real estate experience not necessary A Current certificate of registration or be willing to get one Show stability, be well presented and have glowing references To secure an interview for this exciting new role you will possess strong admin skills, strong communication skills with an ability to have a sense of humor yet manage a 'firm by fair approach'.
