About the Role: You will be the first point of contact with both face to face and telephone customers, assisting clients with end-to-end service from Sales/Enquiries to Picking & Packing Orders ready for Customer Collections, so a diverse mix of day-to-day duties. Primary Responsibilities: Counter sales and enquiries, entering sales orders Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks Customer deliveries (MR truck) Vetting orders Product support to customers. About You: You will be a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have: good and confident computer literacy skills experience in a similar role / industry with current forklift licence a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety minimum of MR licence the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely.
