The Role An opportunity has become available for a Senior Contracts Administrator (Maintenance) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia. You will Lead, co-ordinate and monitor administrative activities to align with operational business needs Manage and coordinate all administration and procurement activities including providing hi-level advice and application of procurement policies and procedures Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with procurement policies and procedures Provide support, advice, analysis and undertake audits for the Contract Manager in performance based contracts Management of contracts for the delivery of maintenance services commensurate with the role About you To be successful in this position you will require: While not mandatory, experience in managing complex contracts including performance based multi-party and relationship management would be well regarded Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost) Benefits Flexible work options Career Development Salary Packaging Modern Facilities Diverse Work Culture Research Opportunities 12.75% super 17.5% leave loading Salary Permanent full time Base salary ranging from $117 824 - $126 212 per annum About Us Maintenance Services sits within the service line of Asset Management Services within the Strategic Planning and Assets Division and comprises of a maintenance manager, maintenance coordinators, administrative staff, trade coordinators and approximately twenty trade staff including apprentices. Included in the trades are electricians, plumbers, fitters, painters, carpenters, refrigeration technicians and gardeners.
