HSE & Injury Management Administrator — Perth CBD, Perth

The Role We are seeking an experienced HSE & Injury Management Administrator to join our Subiaco Head Office team. This position will be primarily working with our Injury Management Business Partner, assisting with the management of workers compensation claims and also providing administrative support to the broader HSE, Quality and Training team in relation to data, systems, and administration. This is a Monday to Friday role. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to manage the injured worker process, develop return to work plans, and maintain case notes. Present workers compensation reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting issues and trends. Conduct incident recording and reporting training for stakeholders. Lodge claims and liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless return to work process. Participate in claims file reviews, assist in policy development. Handle administrative tasks for claims files and injury management. Provide relief for Injury Management Business Partner, with support from the HSE Team. Monitor and maintain HSE, Quality, and Training management system databases. Ensure document control, data management, and system processes are followed. Assist in implementing and refining Integrated Management Systems (IMS). Maintain central filing system, manage data retention, analyse key performance indicators. Coordinate reporting and update KPI dashboards, document meeting minutes. The successful applicant will ideally have: Exposure to Health & Safety terms and processes essential Experience in a similar role encompassing administration and document control Excellent communication written and verbal High attention to detail is essential Process driven, highly organised Advanced skills in MS Office suite Cert IV in Safety desirable but not required About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
