PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: You will assist with the learning management system rebuild/configuration in SAP Success Factors talent management learning module. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: LMS Administration, configuration and reporting capability. Provide SME input to the draft Project Plan. Assist with mapping of the future state of the LMS. Assist the team in a data cleansing exercise. Create and assign the core and mandatory curricular. Create mapped learning curricula against identified roles. Support with the development of SOPS and LMS training videos. Develop a system reporting framework in order for Business Units to run reports. ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS: Well-developed analytical skills and a strong technical foundation and proficiency in working with SAP Success Factors in the talent management learning module. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LMS administration. Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and provide optimal service to meet needs.
