My client is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator with experience in office fit outs to join their team for an immediate start. Position Overview: As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing the various aspects of office fit out projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contracts, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Administer contracts and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Programming - project delivery & scheduling preparation of: NOD EOT Financial Management and review Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Assist with budget management and cost tracking. Review project documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. PCG Preparation Head contract variations Provide regular progress updates to the project team and clients. Requirements: Previous experience in contracts administration, preferably within the construction or office fit out industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
