A few of your responsibilities Assist the Group Sales Managers in the development and implementation of business plans and new sales strategies with the intent to secure revenue growth from target markets for The Star Gold Coast. Penetrate the market to source new accounts for Inbound & Incentive Market opportunities to increase business revenue Grow pipeline and lay base business for forward months, allowing future yield of assets Knowledge of desired target market, and development and account management of new and existing accounts within target market to grow business opportunities Support the Group Sales Managers with sales activity including site inspections and hosting feminisations What we are looking for An understanding of Inbound strategies, with a specific focus on the Asian market, encompassing deep insights into cultural intricacies, effective business methodologies, and up-to-date market dynamics Familiarity with inbound & incentive sales strategies and how they apply to the target market. Experience establishing and building relationships with inbound & incentive travel agents, conference organisers, corporate companies, associations, government, and industry decision makers Ability to proactively and reactively generate sales opportunities Superior negotiation skills, adept at building rapport and navigating cross-cultural business environments with proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets As an experienced Sales Executive, you will have excellent interpersonal skills (crucial for negotiating and building relationships with potential clients). You are highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Your strong analytical skills will be key to assessing market trends and identifying sales opportunities.
