The purpose of the role As part of our transformation, one of our key areas of focus is the modernisation of our sales motions to mainstream and integrate support solutions into our Enterprise business. The focus of the Services Sales Specialist (also referred to as a Unified Sales Specialist) is to drive and close Microsoft Enterprise Support opportunities to ensure customers are fully supported throughout all stages of the product life-cycle, improving their health, and enabling customer outcomes and consumption. The Unified Sales Specialist leverages Microsoft's unique expertise, including direct access to product teams, to help customers use their Microsoft investments as productively as possible. We are looking for a Unified Sales Specialist to join our team focused on our Mining, Construction and Industrial customers. Responsibilities - Driving digital transformation by offering thought leadership, resolving adoption barriers, and maximizing customer value through collaboration with stakeholders. - Leading sales orchestration for swift deal closure by aligning internal stakeholders and expanding partnerships. - Sharing competitor insights to inform strategic decisions across solution areas - Managing end-to-end sales success, conducts forecasting, and aligns selling strategies with client satisfaction and strategic priorities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : - 5 years of technology-related sales or account management experience - Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships. - Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborating cross-functionally for optimal business results.
