About you Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA recognised qualification Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood Practical knowledge of National Quality Standards Passion and commitment to providing high quality early childhood education Excellent communication and leadership skills Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis Current Working with Children Check About the role Ensure learning and development is aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standards Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors Create a stimulating and positive environment for the children Write observations and analyse children's progression and development Provide support and assistance to other educators Monitor all staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF Develop strong relationships with children, parents and carers Benefits for you?
