THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY We are looking for an exceptional people leader and commercially focused Sales Manager to lead our specifications and projects sales team, driving growth across Queensland. Based in Coorparoo and reporting to the State Sales Manager, key accountabilities will inlcude: A focus on customer centricity, ensure targets and a high level of customer satisfaction are achieved Maintaining existing relationships whilst developing new revenue streams with key customers across a variety of markets related to building, construction, architecture, and design. All financial and operational KPIs for the QLD sales team Overall results of assigned sales team (Sales, Profit, Receivables) Number of new clients, new projects, landmark projects Budget responsibility according to dormakaba approval matrix Develop and integrate strategies and open / establish new client channels for sales. Drive CRM usage Work closely with the Marketing team to implement pricing, promotion, product launches. YOUR SKILLS The ability to establish and build sustainable relationships with customers and partners is critical for this position. The ideal candidate will be results driven and have a proven track record in delivering sales results in a competitive environment. Key skills include: Proven track record in delivering sales results in competitive environment. Previous P&L responsibility. Result orientation and entrepreneurial spirit. Enthusiasm with a high level of energy and drive. Minimum of two years' experience in a general management / sales position in a multinational environment. Ability to analyse sales by product and/or customer to identify trends is volume, revenue and margin. Strong communication skills (verbally and written) across all organisational levels internally and externally. A knowledge of products and services sold by dormakaba and/or a strong understanding of architectural specification and the industry will be highly regarded.
