From troubleshooting myHR system issues to implementing efficient solutions, you'll be at the forefront of delivering and assisting all employees for the Department of Health. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and will have a passion for providing high quality customer service and satisfaction, with the ability to establish and create positive relationships with your clients. Furthermore, you will have strong administration skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. The successful person You will have demonstrated: Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex information and provide systems and process advice to a wide range of clients and stakeholders. Experience or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of human resource data systems and sound understanding of legislation and regulations from a systems perspective. Ability to investigate, escalate and resolve forms workflow issues ensuring quality and consistency whilst meeting expected timeframes. Problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
