This role will support Source Legal & HR, which is a division of Source that provides in-house style legal and HR services to businesses, essentially operating as an outsourced legal or HR department for our clients. The role We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is highly organised and dependable to join our rapidly growing business. We are a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and has a positive attitude. This role will allow you to utilise your strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent administration and organisational skills, and to play an integral part of the growth and overall group. We're in search of someone who will embrace a variety of responsibilities that may come their way. You will be supporting several fee earners, and your duties will include: Diary management and travel arrangements Email management Editing Microsoft documents Client liaison and communication Retainer, billing and expense management Maintain memberships, learning and development records, electronic records and databases Organising team functions, hampers and gifts Maintaining portal Supporting with onboarding and offboarding team members Ad hoc administrative duties We’re looking for someone: Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills Who is an effective communicator and excellent organisational abilities Who is driven and self-motivated, constantly striving for excellence A proficient problem solver, adept at identifying and resolving challenges A commitment to providing a high level of administrative support to the team With strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and priorities Collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team Who is an Australian Citizen or permanent resident What’s in it for you Be mentored in a supportive environment, with access to quality work, great clients and professional development opportunities.
