About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the operations of this successful $3.5 million turnover store in Harbour Town, Gold Coast. In this position, you will oversee a team of up to 10 employees and ensure compliance with company standards in merchandising, customer service, KPIs, and personnel management. Your role involves training and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ultimately achieving KPIs and meeting budget targets. This role is suited for a hands-on leader who loves to lead from the front to ensure their team's success.
