About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and self-autonomous Assistant Store Manager to join this established team in Mackay. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and friendly sales style is highly organised with open communication to liaise with the retail team and one who has the ability to maintain existing key accounts. In this role, you will work directly report to the Store Manager and will be expected to maximise sales through generated leads, cold calling and overcome any objections to close the sale.
