Supporting junior staff with escalations and mentoring. Assisting with client onboarding. Assisting in optimizing workflows and improving practices. Providing consultations and options to the customer base, advising them on technical matters and solutions. Staying up-to-date with the latest IT and Cyber trends. Roles Requirements: 5 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent critical thinking skills and strong troubleshooting ability. Solid understanding of Servers & Network, M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Azure, MS OnPrem, Hyper-V, Endpoint Management, and ConnectWise. About You: Team player. Conscientious and approachable.
