Service Admin/Deployer — Perth CBD, Perth

Trane Technologies has an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a full-time Service Deployer Administrator. In this role, you will be overall responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Service Office monthly forecast for maintenance, working closely with the office deployment team and Regional Service Manager. Carrying out the administration of systems including deploying Technicians, to customers for both emergency and scheduled work. To provide cover for other team members during holiday periods and when required. Key Responsibilities Include: Ensuring DFSD (deployment) forecast is accurate at all times. Responsibility for planning technician's workload(Quoted & Planned Maintenance Work) to ensure maximum utilization/ absorption of labour. Working in partnership with other Deployers to ensure maximum utilisation of resources. Run Open Project Report to minimise outstanding works and liaise with Service Managers and Technicians to resolve outstanding works. To cross check any incoming/internal correspondence to ensure internal credit and services processes are followed. Liaise with credit function to ensure new orders are approved i.e., account is validated and not on stop. Manage the customer service phone line and customer email requirements. Create new jobs in the DFSD system as per customer phone or email requests Evaluate customer requests for technical assistance and hand over to the Service Technical Support. Process Purchase Orders for service activities and manage authorisation in line with Trane Australia processes and policies. Receive goods and order as required into R12 Accounting system in line with Trane Australia processes and policies.
