About the Role: Permanent part time role– Monday to Thursday – 8:30am to 3pm – 24 hours per week based in Lonsdale (onsite). The sales support coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Australian Sales Group by ensuring efficient customer service, accurate order processing, and smooth warehouse communication. You will be responsible for providing prompt and comprehensive assistance to customers, managing orders, and maintaining accurate records, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth sales function. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Address and resolve customer concerns, questions, and issues to their satisfaction. Provide accurate and relevant information regarding products, orders, and services. Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently into the computer system (including Pronto ERP). Verify order accuracy, including product details, quantities, and pricing. Communicate order discrepancies or shortages effectively with customers and warehouse staff. Track order progress and keep customers informed of any updates. Warehouse Coordination: Confirm order completion and shipment with warehouses daily to ensure smooth logistics. Maintain accurate records of "Missing Stock" and "Damaged Stock" for efficient inventory management. Collaborate with the warehouse team to address any order fulfillment issues. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service environment. Cert 3 in Business Administration – desired. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (preferably Pronto). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
