Beautifully designed offices, a creative and supportive culture, and a busy and varied workload - this is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in an industry of choice The Role Working within a solid and collaborative team, your responsibilities will primarily revolve around providing support to the Studio Manager and accounting department, maintaining accurate project related financial records. Building strong relationships and confidence will be key within this role as you collaborate closely with architects, senior leadership, and clients. The Duties Ensure precise maintenance of financial records pertaining to architecture projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Track project progress against forecasts and budgets, providing comprehensive financial performance reports to the team. Collaborate daily with third-party accountants and the studio manager to maintain seamless financial operations. Alternate between two-week cycles of proactive forecasting and invoicing, followed by meticulous administrative tasks to ensure system accuracy, detail integrity, and proper PO documentation. While financial qualifications are not mandatory, a passion for numbers will certainly be advantageous in this position. The Candidate In order to excel in this role, you will be a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and highly developed attention to detail and administrative skills. The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in accounting and/or administrative positions, ideally within the architecture or construction sector, is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in meticulous financial record-keeping with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities are required for this role. Effective communication skills and the capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams are highly valued. Knowledge of architectural project management processes and terminology is advantageous but not essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
