Introduction Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Sales and Services team in our Brisbane office. You will be responsible for providing overall support to the aftermarket Sales and Service Team and plays a crucial role in the team's success. In this position, you will report to Vice President, Sales & Service Australia East. This position is mainly located in our Eagle Farm office. Team you belong to You will join a team of experienced who are passionate about what they do. We work closely with our internal and external stakeholders, such as Key Account Managers and Customer Service teams. What you'll do CRM super user providing system support and training to end users. Participating in CRM system and process development. CRM report writing and dashboard development. Managing CRM compliance, CRM data integrity. Managing Business Intelligence for Services and Consumables as per requirements from each team. Managing Customer Satisfaction practices and analysing customer feedback. Tender facilitation and support. Supporting process improvement initiatives. Forecasting, some special reporting, business analytics etc. Supporting Key Account Managers, Site Account Management and Customer Service Teams Handling and coordinating sales leads. Other general administrative support tasks and back up duty for Inside Sales Account Manager. Who you are Previous experience in a similar role. Results-driven. Strong understanding of CRM systems. Salesforce preferred. Strong data analysis skills. Good written and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of MS suite of products including Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint. A high level of communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and with external stakeholders (customers).
