They are looking for an Office Administration Manager to join their team in Cannington . About the role This role will provide you with an opportunity to utilise your office management and customer service skills to guide your team to achieve their full capabilities and to provide unparalleled service to the customer base. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Supporting and managing the sales administration team Processing quotations, customer purchase orders and sales orders Freight arrangement Monitoring customer orders and following up with production facilities Involvement in the logistics / procurement process Our client is happy to provide training on their products, and policies and procedures. You will have an opportunity to make this role your own with the ability to gain further responsibilities following the training process. About you To be successful in this role, you will have experience in processing quotes, customer purchase orders and sales orders. You will have an understanding of logistics / procurement and the freight process.
