Retail (F&B) Team Leader — Kirribilli, North Sydney Area

Join us at Loulou Boulangerie & Traiteur, our bustling bakery and delicatessen in Lavender Bay Join us at Loulou , our French all-day Bistro, Boulangerie and Traiteur at Lavender Bay. We are all about the best breads, croissants and other viennoiserie, charcuterie and fromage. We are opening every day from 7am to to 4pm for takeaway and delivery orders. Loulou is part of Etymon Projects, a hospitality services business pioneering a new level in premium hospitality, luxury accommodation, wellness facilities and retail concepts. The Role The Retail Team Lead will support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of our Bakery and Store, Loulou Boulangerie & Traiteur. You will add value in the supervision, training and development of junior staff members to ensure consistency of product and guest experience, running the store on the Managers days off and ensuring that our delivery orders are managed effectively by work with the kitchen team to coordinate the moving parts of the venue day-to-day. Experience and Qualification Strong customer service focus. Ability to work 38 hours per week (overtime rates paid for anything above 38) 1-2 years’ experience in a retail environment serving food and beverage. Experience leading a team with appropriate management responsibilities desirable but not required. Experience working with Point of Sale A team player who knows how to collaborate effectively. Great time management skills.
