Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support ty Event Management Stock and Inventory Management Database Management Assist with Fleet Management Key responsibilities will include: • Administrative support including document management. • Setting up and managing events • Supplies and equipment ordering and tracking, • Stock and inventory management and control including the workshop supplies. • Liaising with cleaners and suppliers to keep our facilities clean, tidy and safe. • Liaising with staff, clients and other external stakeholders and maintaining excellent relationships • Supporting safe working practices and safety initiatives. • Help staff navigate our document system. • Database management • Other general office duties The successful candidate will have: • Reasonable levels of computer literacy across different software packages • The ability to plan, manage time and complete tasks efficiently. • Experience in supporting projects including managing simple budgets and budget tracking • Excellent communication skills • Customer focus (for internal and external clients) • Be systematic, thoughtful, and well organised with good follow through on tasks. • Sound judgement • The ability to build outstanding relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, • An interest in an organisation with a focus on technical excellence. • The ability to develop and maintain administrative documentation.
