Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and effective organizational abilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Tailoring learning programs to address diverse student needs Delivering engaging lessons, workshops, and tutorials aligned with the curriculum Developing comprehensive lesson plans and teaching aids Advising students on course selection and providing research supervision Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback Collaborating with colleagues and participating in departmental and staff meetings Consulting with support staff to ensure student success.
