The Department of Education International (DEi) Marketing and Communications team develop and deliver campaigns and communication to promote and sell the Department's international education programs and activities to our targeted markets overseas. The audience includes education agents, prospective students and their parents, overseas governments and education partners. The team are responsible for market strategies and research, competitor analysis, video and print production, social media campaigns, website development and maintenance, photo shoots, stakeholder communications/newsletters and success stories that provide an authentic marketing opportunity to our audience. About the Role: As the Senior Graphic Designer, reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will: Provide creative solutions, concepts and designs and prepare artwork for a variety of communication and marketing projects and activities, from large online publications to social media. Perform graphic design and desktop publishing tasks in a design environment using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and PowerPoint and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro - video editing of promotional marketing videos for digital campaigns. Have the opportunity to be a significant contributor in creating innovative designs including filming and video editing to support the promotion of Queensland as an international student destination Respond to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding social and digital marketing. Contribute to EQIs international education project activities and processes including planning, implementation, coordination, budgeting and reporting Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations and information briefings. Write web content change requests. About You: We are on the look-out for an A05 Graphic Designer to deliver print, digital and social media services. There's filming, video editing and design, as well as print and social media production. You will deliver high-quality and engaging designs that promote EQI campaigns and programs to our international students/parents/education agents and work to enhance and protect the EQI brand.
