With continuous growth and expansion nationwide, the company is eager to add new, talented individuals to the team : The Outside Parts Sales Representative position is a mid to entry level opportunity with aggressive compensation. For the right individual, this role can lead to growth within the company with future opportunities for advancement. Essential Job Functions: Daily in person sales calls in existing territory Cold calls and development of new business Track and understand overall sales and customer trends Use of catalogs and parts manuals to identify and sell heavy duty trailer parts Advise customers in selection of products and their uses Effectively communicate features and benefits of products Operate the point-of-sale business system Driver and operate company vehicles on a daily basis Continually grow product and application knowledge of product essential to the heavy-duty trailer aftermarket Make sales calls on multiple market segments including retail, installation, and fleet customers Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service Driven to achieve goals Must be an excellent communicator Must be able to multitask Experience in heavy duty trailer parts preferred but not required; we are very willing to train the right individual Basic computer and math skills College education preferred but not required Ability to obtain a Chauffeur's License and DOT Medical Card if needed (company paid) Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) if needed (company paid) Benefits: Salary Commission Based on Experience Affordable Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Company Match Life Insurance/Accidental Death/Long-Term Disability - Company Paid Supplemental Life Insurance PTO After 30 Days Paid Holidays After 30 days Parental Leave after 6 Months of Hire Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employees are eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following 60 days Why work for HTI?
