Principal Duties: Specific Activities: Monday - Friday Role - 6am - 2pm Daily data entry and consolidation of timesheets for plant and personnel Exception reports for plant and personnel - missing dockets / timesheets / pre-starts Create, administer and receipt purchase orders and work orders as requested Mobe and demobe of personnel on plant Maintenance of plant and equipment records - SMU hours, breakdowns, min hours etc Mid month notifications to suppliers with reporting timeframes End of Month reconciliations for labour and plant suppliers End of Month cost reviews - open orders, unreconciled dockets, ledger reconciliations Supplier set up and compliance Data entry of timesheets into payroll system Creation of new Projects Teams folders and providing access to project members Creation of daily-prestart forms for project teams Creation of QR codes project personnel Assist generation of reports as required Maintain office consumables, stationary, PPE and other allocated stock Coordinate project-specific new starter activities including Client and Project Inductions General administration and any other reasonable duties as instructed Safety Quality & Environment Report safety issues to immediate supervisor Take steps to address safety issues and risk within your control/capability to do so Conduct quality assurance duties to client specifications Ensure quality documentation is reviewed and stored in accordance to SRG's guidelines Report environmental hazards and occurrences Take steps to minimise environmental exposure in the event of an occurrence Skills & Attributes Strong computer skills including MS Office, MEX (desired) and Outlook Excellent communication and organisational skills Apply Now: If you would like to join our team please click the “apply” button now.
