An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced salesperson to join our team located in Wetherill Park. In this unique role, great time management will be a key component of your weekly & monthly activities. Your time will consist of on-the-road activities coupled with internal sales and support. Providing our dealers, distributors and customers with superior customer service will be of the upmost importance. To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated individual who is deeply passionate about meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering the highest quality customer service and support to our clients, dealers, and Internal members of the Digga team. You will possess the ability to build and maintain key relationships with the goal of increasing the performance of your assigned territory. Main duties include: Build effective customer relations by understanding your customers and their needs and requirements. Conduct regular business reviews and reports and deliver within designated timelines. Answering customer enquiries both over the phone and face to face and attending business appointments. Maintain systems and information with regard to potential equipment sales. Monitor market activity and implement sales strategies in line with findings. Provide product training to dealers and Digga team members as required. Processing of quotations/customer orders Routine administration, service, sales, spare parts, and dispatching functions Assist and provide back up to other areas of the branch including coordination of general branch activities as required. To be successful for this role: Previous experience in similar role Highly developed sales techniques relevant to the products Excellent communication/negotiation skills Confident in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders Excellent time management skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated with drive to meet and exceed results. Experience with CRM systems highly desirable. Current drivers’ licence Ideally you will be mechanically minded with experience in an earthmoving or related industry.
