The role: As the ARB WA Retail Operations Manager, reporting directly to the State Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the safe and profitable management of ARB's Corporate stores sales and operations within South Western Australia. Your responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum, including ensuring safe work practices, fostering team member growth and development, promoting exceptional customer service, upholding brand standards through effective presentations, and facilitating the successful launch of new corporate stores. Your role extends to achieving sales and profit objectives as outlined by the company. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Corporate Branch activities, spanning National and State offices, ARB's Distribution Centre, Motor Vehicle Dealers, and fleet customers, all in alignment with our Corporate Branch strategies. Your position involves exercising effective oversight over team and sales activities across all 5 Corporate locations, establishing you as a catalyst for success in your role as the Retail Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Key to success in this role will be your ability to identify opportunities and develop the teams to enable those opportunities. Proactive communication, credibility and the ability to build trust are all key ingredients to success. At least 12 months experience in a similar role leading a multi-site network; Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and influence across a range of stakeholders; Motivated and driven to achieve results with a culture of accountability; Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate sales opportunities that drive growth; A team first mindset; recognising that the Company's success depends on effective teamwork.
