Medical Administration Clerk - Medical Suites Casual About the Role We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of patient records, appointments and procedures, processing patient invoices and receipts as well as dictaphone typing of specialist letters. You will also be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians. This position requires you to work at two sites, Lake Macquarie Private Hospital Consulting Suites and Port Stephens Consulting Suites at Nelson Bay. About You To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast paced environment. You will also bring: Previous medical reception experience Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Dictaphone typing experience Remuneration PH from $25.91 - 35.34 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
