Job Description: Are you a dynamic and results-driven looking for a new opportunity to progress your career. As a Territory Sales Manager you will be lading from the front, building relationships, developing sales strategies and winning new business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the building products industry, with a strong track record of selling to resellers and builders. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to expand market share. Provide product training and support to resellers and builders to drive sales and promote product knowledge. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and marketing materials. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales within the building products industry, with a focus on selling to resellers and builders. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
