You are experienced within software engineering, and you have broad IT technical expertise and a sound knowledge of solution design and implementation. To succeed in this role, you will need to draw on your strong technical leadership and communication skills, enabling you to motivate, guide and influence stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation. You know how to meet and successfully manage stakeholder expectations while working in an agile and dynamic environment with deadlines, budgets and resources. It is vital that you enjoy a customer-facing role, and you are strong at building organisational relationships and networking. In addition, we are also looking for: A relevant technical degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level Hands-on experience and experience from own former development activities with technologies such as Java, C# and .NET Practical Scrum experience is a must An engaging team player who is resilient, responsible and well-organised A commercial and business-oriented mindset combined with an understanding of the roles and responsibilities within a sales process
