Sales Success Officer — Seddon West, Maribyrnong Area

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team on a full-time basis. The Sales Success Officer will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by analysing sales data and processes information, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance our sales, client success strategies and operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business development efforts. Responsibilities: Establish procedures to acquire, record, organise, and manage information to ensure consistency and accuracy. Manage databases containing important information such as sales, customer records, and financial data to support the decision-making process. Establish procedures for creating and managing sales documents, including proposals, sales presentations, and sales contracts. Track sales records including contracts, invoices, and sales reports, and make sure they are properly organized and stored for easy access and insights. Analyse sales data and trends and develop reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, and collaborate with the National Sales Manager to define target markets and performance goals. Collaborate with the team to ensure all applications meet the compliance criteria and help develop procedures to meet underwriter’s requirements. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Information Management, or at least five years of relevant experience to replace formal qualification. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues and find solutions collaboratively with internal teams. Experience in customer service in finance, property or legal related industries, is an advantage. Knowledge of the mortgage industry, real estate market, or related sectors is a plus.
