What we’re looking for: This position is responsible for supporting the ongoing use, maintenance, and accuracy of XAP, centralised data management and to assist the operations of the business with the use of the system The role: You will be responsible for:- • Administration of XAP data including: o Automated payment system integration and refunds o Maintenance, submission, retrieval and audit of attendance data to Childcare Subsidy (CCS) o Fee management • Complete regular audits to ensure data accuracy, frequently monitoring for irregularities and errors • Support the transition of acquisitions and divestments, organising data migrations ensuring a smooth, accurate transition • Liaise with XAP software providers on technical and developmental software matter • Assist the Operations team with day-to-day functionality of XAP • Answer emails and phone call enquiries from centres and seek solutions to assist • Keep up to date with CCS and other childcare related regulations and legislations • Prepare processes and training materials for Promapp and training sessions About you: • Qualification in Business Administration (preferable) • Proven experience as a XAP advanced user • 3 years' experience in Business Administration roles • Detailed knowledge of the Child Care Subsidy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Active listening skills to understand stakeholders concerns and feedback. • Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks and allocate resources efficiently. • Excellent attention to detail Benefits: • Attractive salary package • Impressive Brisbane CBD office • Flexible working arrangement • 50% discount on childcare gap fees • Fitness and Lifestyle Group memberships • A professional culture and supportive work environment • Career advancement opportunities Why work for Affinity?
