Service Administrator — Boondall, Brisbane

Bradnam’s Windows and Doors are pleased to offer the position of Service Administrator at our Boondall location. Key Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate and uphold a commitment to safety at all times; Provide accurate information and paperwork to relevant departments as requested; Accurate and timely data entry; System completions and general system accuracy required; Scan completed dockets to Redmap; Process and code subcontractor payments; Send, monitor and action SMS confirmations; Print relevant reference paperwork when required; Receive emails and calls from customers and sales for install, rescheduling, enquiries; and General administration as required. Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week About You We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference. Previous experience in Administration - essential; Knowledge of Bradnam's products and previous experience in the use of Precision System - desirable To be successful in this role you’ll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
