Sales Development Representative — Miami, Gold Coast South

Firefly provides an online learning space for students and teachers Role Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who will proactively identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads resulting in sales opportunities as well as increase pipeline for our Sales Team. The SDR will build that initial strong business relationship with Veracross customers. This role can be a springboard into an Account Executive or another position within the organization. Job Responsibilities: Generate new prospects and nurture existing prospects through outbound phone calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targets. Responsible for meeting assigned monthly and quarterly (MQL) Lead qualification targets Collaborate and support sales team to build sales pipeline. Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Veracross technology as well as skills to uncover school needs and pain points. Research customers, identify buying process and decision makers, and qualify buy interest. Manage and document lead qualification, call, and email activities in Salesforce through a defined sales process in Salesforce.com to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects. Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred. 1 year experience preferred in a sales, sales development, or customer service role. Comfortable building customer relationships Great written, and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail Not afraid to cold call. A desire to work in a fast paced, goal oriented, high growth sales environment.
