Principle Duties and Responsibilities The Role: At The NBA Store, our Retail Sales Team are the playmakers and energy of The NBA Store brand. These basketball fanatics are dedicated to fuelling the passion for the NBA and fashion merchandise by meeting the needs of our loyal customers and casual shoppers alike. Our customers rely on our team to help them find and select products that represent their individualism, team pride and personal style. Working in our retail stores requires our Retail Sales Team to provide the energy to an exceptional experience to each and every customer, maintain our meticulous product presentations and be a subject matter expert on our products and services. Role & Responsibilities: Generate Sales Produce sales gains, by providing customer service. Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics. Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy. Control Expenses Protect Company assets within guidelines of NBA Store Retail policies. Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise. Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner. Support and adhere to all NBA Store Retail policies, procedures and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.
