The Role We are seeking an Administrator for a role in our Perth offices located in Subiaco to support our HR Recruitment Team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager this role will be part of a wider national HR team where you will gain exposure to diverse projects across various disciplines in the mining, construction, and engineering industry. In this role you will primarily support the People Team in HR recruitment, onboarding and systems administration, however, will additionally provide support to the rest of the team as required. The candidate will get getting extensive training and development opportunities by working in a supportive and collaborative national team. Key Responsibilities: Provide high quality Administration support to the HR Team. Management and processing of Employee Change requests in Employee Self Service (ESS) Management and Processing of Termination requests Assisting with the creation and maintenance of personnel files including initial set up, saving of documents and formatting of file naming conventions. Assisting with the maintenance and creation of position descriptions. Check and action Medical and HR email inboxes. Drafting and issuing Confirmation of Employment and Training Assistance Letters Book medicals when required for internal mobility purposes. Assisting with payroll queries. Sending out New Starter paperwork to our internal payroll team Following up with candidates to provide relevant and valid compliance documentation. Requesting / Monitoring SRG Global internal Inductions completion. Other duties as reasonably required by your manager. The successful applicant will ideally have: Proactive administrative and organisational skills including the ability to complete several tasks concurrently, adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintain high levels of attention to detail and meet deadlines. Previous experience working in a similar role would be advantageous. A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment Strong Interpersonal/verbal communication skills – establish relationships and communicates effectively with the full range of people involved on and off-site. Professional standards and an appreciation for confidentiality. Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance/QA. Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
