RESPONSIBILITIES Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone Designing and selling of Stratco products including Patio, Garage, Shed, Fencing and Hardware sales Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders Commitment to continual growth and learning by participating in training and personal development sessions Collaboration with team members, other stores, departments and projects as required Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU Essential – Computer and data entry skills Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry Desirable - Demonstrated estimating/drafting/design background with some exposure to CAD programs Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart This is a full-time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
