Working with QBCC Regulatory Academy team to design, develop, edit, and publish high quality education program, physical and virtual learning materials, and tools to support QBCC regulatory teams. Delivering on Academy projects to create education solutions to address regulatory needs and align with QBCC vision and strategy. Administration, monitoring and supporting our learning management system. Devising and delivering usage reports for our learning management system. Implementation of multi-modal educational programs, focussing on blended learning, and digital learning formats. Researching and conducting needs analysis to identify gaps in program offers and regulatory staff capability and devise and deliver solutions to address these needs. Collaborating with key stakeholders' ton the design and development of educational content in line with the Academy resources and guidelines. Evaluation of education programs' effectiveness and implementation of continual improvement initiatives. Working with Academy team and other teams across QBCC to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, policies and practices to enhance efficient and effective working practices. Candidate Attributes Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Project management skills. Proven skills designing, developing, writing and creation of educational content and programs using adult learning principles. Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles in formulation of educational content. Demonstrated experience in administration and management of la learning management systems. Demonstrates a modern, contemporary approach to training and works will in a team with other people. Relevant tertiary qualification or substantial relevant experience is essential. Cert IV in Training & Assessment or further relevant education desired.
