Chullora, NSW Shifts available Monday - Sunday Attractive Hourly Rate We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised Customer Service Consultant to join our friendly National Customer Service team. This role is based at our Chullora Bakery with Working from Home opportunities. As a member of our team, you will be trained and supported to focus on: Connecting with our customers to deliver an exceptional experience Order Management and Supply Chain fulfilment Building rapport to work through any challenge in the moment (FCR) Product knowledge General administration & project participation About You The ideal candidate will have: Experience in a high-volume Contact Centre in an inbound & outbound capacity Proven customer service experience, preferably within a FMCG environment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ideally SAP & Salesforce experience and the ability to learn new digital technologies quickly A calm & structured approach to prioritising daily tasks and dealing with the unexpected About Us We are Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.
