Your duties will include and not be limited to the following: • Site Supervision • Organize materials, supervision of contractors and employees. • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. • Providing assistance to Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organization • Interpreting, preparing, drawing, editing and revising drawings, plan and blueprints. • Interpreting building codes and building regulations. • Coordinating works programs • Inspection of work and materials to ensure it meets compliance regarding specifications, regulations, and standards. • Cost calculation and estimating timelines. • Data collection for surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment • Computations and plotting data Requirements for the Role: • AQF Diploma in building and Construction, Business, or similar • at least 3 years of relevant construction supervisory experience • Attention to details. • Organizational skills • Leadership and management capabilities • Effective time management Benefits: • Company Vehicle or Car Allowance • Great supportive work culture • Training and personal development Remuneration This is subject to your skills, qualifications, and experience but it would be within a salary range of between $100,000 - $115,000 per annum superannuation.
